JEV Labs LLC ("we," "our," or "us") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, handle, store, use, and safeguard your data when using the Context Passport browser extension and related backend API services.

2. Data We Collect and Process

To provide our core functionality, we process the minimum necessary information:

Prompt and Input Text Data: To optimize your prompts, we process the text you explicitly submit through the extension (e.g., text entered into chat inputs like ChatGPT).
Account Information: Email address and profile data required for authentication, licensing, and account management.
Billing Information: Processed securely via our payment provider (Stripe). We do not store your raw credit card details on our servers.
Extension Usage: Anonymized telemetry data (error rates, diagnostic logs) strictly used to monitor extension health and performance.

3. How We Use and Handle Your Data

We process your data strictly to perform the features of the software:

Prompt Optimization: Your prompt text is processed in-memory to execute the prompt-engineering request.
SaaS Subscriptions: Manage user licensing tiers and payment status.
Customer Support: Communicate security alerts, updates, and help desk responses.

        Data Retention & Deletion Policy: Prompt text inputs are processed in-memory on our serverless backend functions and are never stored or logged on JEV Labs LLC databases. Once the optimized prompt is returned to your browser, it is instantly discarded from our servers.
    

4. Third-Party Services and API Data Sharing

We share your data only with essential infrastructure partners for the purpose of operating the application. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information or prompt histories to third parties.

Google Gemini API (AI Studio): The prompt text you optimize is forwarded to Google's Gemini API endpoints. This is processed under the Google Cloud paid developer tier, which guarantees that customer prompts are not used to train Google's AI models. See Google Gemini API Terms.
Stripe: Payment credentials and subscription billing handling. See Stripe Privacy Policy.
Supabase: Database hosting for user accounts and subscription status. See Supabase Privacy Policy.
Vercel: Hosting provider for the backend serverless functions. See Vercel Privacy Policy.

5. Data Security

All communication between the Chrome Extension, our Vercel serverless backend, and Google Gemini API is encrypted in transit using industry-standard TLS/SSL encryption.
